Corporate Overview
GoldBase owns 100% of Maritimes Gold.
Maritimes Gold holds exclusive contractual options to acquire 100% ownership of several past‑producing gold mines in Canada (the “Properties”), including the associated mineral claims and licences that define the Properties.
These Properties are the source of the in-ground gold being tokenized by GoldBase.
The ownership and option arrangements are governed by formal agreements, which are available for review in the data room.
The Corporate Overview folder provides core company documents, and the Press & News folder will be updated regularly with announcements and external references that support independent verification.

Gold Mine Properties
Maritimes Gold holds exclusive contractual options to acquire 100% of the Properties from which the in-ground gold is being tokenized by GoldBase.
Each Property folder contains supporting documentation, including mineral claims, licences, licence maps, NI 43-101 Technical Reports, Preliminary Economic Assessments (PEAs), and other technical and legal materials.
Public mineral claim registries in Canada will reflect each change of ownership when Maritimes Gold exercises its option to acquire a Property and provide an independent external source for verification.

Gold Offtake & Tokenization
GoldBase and Maritimes Gold have entered into a Conditional Offtake Agreement governing the terms under which any future physical gold production from the Properties can be delivered.
The rights, obligations, and limitations applicable to the tokenization of in-ground gold from the Properties and to purchasers of $GBT tokens are set out in the GoldBase Terms and Conditions, which are presented at checkout at the time of purchase.
